eCap Home Loans is a proud DBA of East Coast Capital Corp, a company with deep roots in the mortgage industry. Founded in 1999, East Coast Capital (ECC) began as a local mortgage broker and transitioned into an independent mortgage bank in 2009. Over the years, ECC has grown significantly, now employing over 200 dedicated professionals. Despite challenging market conditions in recent years, our company has continued to thrive and expand, consistently delivering exceptional service and results.

In February of this year, industry veterans Ed Farone, and Brian Chernega, each with over 20 years of experience and expertise in different facets of the mortgage business, decided to join forces to create something new and innovative. Frustrated with the status quo, these leaders embarked on a mission to build the eCap Home Loans Team from the ground up.

Rather than simply recruiting top loan officers, our founders focused on building robust internal systems designed around the Consumer Direct Model. Leveraging their extensive experience, the eCap team quickly deployed a variety of digital marketing strategies aimed at helping new prospective homebuyers get pre-approved. Our unique approach also connects clients with a network of professionals we’ve cultivated over the years to provide one-stop shopping for anyone looking to purchase a home or refinance their current mortgage.
