With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I bring a well-rounded and in-depth perspective to every client interaction. For the first 15 years of my career, I worked as a loan assistant, where I built strong relationships with clients, guided them through the mortgage process, and provided critical support to loan officers. During that time, I developed a strong commitment to communication, attention to detail, and personalized service.
In the past 5 years, I transitioned into loan processing, further expanding my expertise in managing files, verifying documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with underwriters. This shift has allowed me to become even more involved in the behind-the-scenes operations that ensure each loan is handled efficiently and accurately from application to closing.
My combined experience in both front-end client support and back-end loan operations has given me a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process. I pride myself on being both approachable and detail-oriented, and I strive to make each client’s experience smooth, informed, and stress-free.
