About John

I am a licensed loan originator with East Coast Capital Mortgage and have decades of experience in different aspects of personal finance. I will give you multiple options and explain the loan process in easy to understand terms and if a pre-approval letter is needed, I will provide one on the same day you send me the few items requested. We are a full service lender offering Conventional, FHA (3.5% down payment) and VA loans as well as a program that allows paying a one-time fee to eliminate the monthly PMI requirement with as little as a 5% down payment (good credit required). We also offer non-conventional loans that do not require tax returns or W2s (call for details).
